Cartography Therapy
Cartography
How Does Cartography Work?
Cartography is used to measure the blood flow to various areas of the heart. Depending on the amount of blood flow, the conclusion is derived about the health of the blood vessels, blockages, the capacity of the heart to pump blood and also the narrowness or hardness of the vessels.
What Does Chelation Therapy Include?
At VHCC, the detailed study of a patient’s health history is a important step in Chelation Therapy. All the factors like lifestyle, diet, past health issues, allergies, are studied and the right combination of medicines, nutrients, and EDTA is administered in the patient’s body during a 2-3 hour session. Depending on the case, 20-30 such sessions are conducted over a period of 10-15 weeks.
Chelation therapy is supported by in-house counseling on healthy diet and lifestyle changes to sustain and prolong the benefits of therapy.
Why Do Chelation Therapy?
By removing harmful substances through the body, Chelation therapy aims to completely cleanse and revive the body. By improving overall immune and circulatory systems, Chelation helps in treating many health issues simultaneously. This non-invasive treatment is particularly helpful in battling coronary diseases, hypertension, and recurring heart blockages without putting the body through unnecessary strain.
What Does Cartography Test Include?
3D Cardiovascular Cartography is a painless, non-invasive diagnostic method which doesn’t require you to stay at the clinic. The technology used in this test is called Trans-Aortic Signal Wave Modulation (TASWM) and is considered one of the most advanced tests in assessing cardiovascular health.
The test consists of two steps. The first step is similar to that of ECG during which, disposable electrodes are attached to the patient’s chest on specified locations which connect to four electrodes generating signals. A 150 KHz signal passes through these electrodes, traveling along the Aorta, the largest blood vessel in the chest cavity and is modulated by the flow of blood, breathing activity as well as electrical and mechanical activity. The signal is then picked up by the measuring electrodes and demodulated. The data received is measured and analyzed using advanced mathematical and simulation tools, and the accurate result is obtained.
The test eventually determines the following factors:
Cardiac output of your heart: The amount of blood pumped by the heart in one minute
Systemic vascular resistance: The resistance against which the heart has to pump the blood
Stroke Volume: The volume of blood the heart is pumping during every heartbeat
Ejection Fraction: The volumetric proportion of blood ejected from the heart with each heartbeat
Why Do Cartography?
Following are the exclusive benefits Cartography offers:
- Safe, non-invasive & painless
- No hospitalization
- Time & cost efficient (The test itself takes 15-20 minutes)
- Detects even 20% of the blockage
- Early detection of cardiovascular anomalies
- No anesthesia or radiation required
- Not mentally or physically strenuous
- No after-effects
- Easily repeatable unlike invasive cardiac tests
- A detailed assessment of the functional status of heart
